Phone or Zoom meetings: We can discuss the RM with you, your spouse, and any family or friends that you would like to be part of the process. This can be done by phone and we can conference call anyone into that phone call. Or we can set up a zoom meeting. I could email you a link that you and your family click and it opens up a zoom meeting on your computer or cell phone. We can talk face to face and help you understand exactly how this program works.
Phone Counseling: A RM requires you to do an independent 3rd party counseling session to review the pros and cons of a RM. This can all be done over the phone.
E-sign application or app by mail: If you decide to move forward on the RM application, we can email you a link. Once you click the link it takes you to an online application process, you simply review the material, and if acceptable, click each place to sign and you are done. We are happy to walk you through that process, or we can simply mail you the documents with a return envelope.
No Contact Appraisal: Before your appraisal appointment, you prepare by opening all the doors and turning on all the lights. When the appraiser arrives with PPE on, you simply go to another room and he will walk the entire home on their own and leave quickly. The entire process often only takes 5 or 10 minutes. Most of their work is done before and after their trip to your home.
Final Doc Signing: The final docs are signed with a notary public in the convenience of your home. The notary will wear protective gear, and practice social distancing while signing your papers.
